FREE CONCERT:

There will be a FREE concert by the Woodwind Quintet of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra.  This event will be held on Saturday, February 9th at 7:30pm in the Berkeley High School Auditorium.  This even is a gift from the Town of Moncks Corner and the Recreation Department.  Please come and enjoy a quiet evening with good music, just in time for Valentine's Day.  Any questions, call 899-4708 on Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 9am - 3pm.

ZUMBA CLASSES: CANCELLED

SUMMER MAGIC CAMP:

The Moncks Corner Depot will be hosting VanDoren Summer Magic June 17, 2013 through June 21st from 10am until 12pm. Ages 7 through 12. Registration fee is $84 which includes all supplies. Fourth of July Festivities:

4th of July Parade, Friday June 28, 2013 6:30 PM. The parade will begin at First Baptist Church, 112 East Main Street and end just before the railroad tracks at East Railroad Ave.

4th of July Street Dance, Friday June 28, 2013 at the Train Depot from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Featuring THE CUSTOM 4 + 2 BAND.

125 Year Celebration

 2012 Halloween Festival:

1st Annual Halloween Festival will include Street & Treat, Costume contest, games, face painting, pumpkin carving contest and other activities.  Wednesday October 31st from 4:30pm - 6:30pm.  We are looking for our local merchants to hand out candy and goodies to our trick or treater's.  Merchants along this section can operate from outside their stores and merchants from other areas will set up a table with their sinage inside Unity Park and available sidewalk.  If your business would like to sponsor and provide activities for the festival please fill out the attached forms.  We  are looking for entertainment, pumpkin donations for pumpkin decorating, other festival/carnival game style activities, food and treats.  APPLICATION FORM.  SPONSORSHIP FORM.  For more information please call (843) 899-4708.

2012 Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony:

Annual Town Christmas Tree Lighting will be held Sunday December 2, 2012 at Unity Park located on Main Street at 5:15 PM. The ceremony will include musical selections from various local performers, lighting of the Christmas Tree and Santa Claus will be our special guest for the evening.
