The visitor's center has information about the area and a small gift shop
featuring consignment art pieces for sale from regional artists.
To rent the Train Depot please come into the Town Hall between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday and fill out an application (rental is given on a first come first serve basis, money has to be received and application needs to be completely filled out to reserve).
Cost: $100.00 deposit +
Category A - $25 per hour, Maximum $250 (Community/Public Groups)
Category B - $20 per hour, Maximum $250 (Community Non-Profit Organizations)
Category C - N/C (Town of Moncks Corner sponsored events, organizations affiliated with schools)
Rental hours are from 8 AM - 12 Midnight DAY OF EVENT ONLY!
Deposit will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days providing the Depot is cleaned to specifications (cleaning guidelines are attached to the application).
Must be 21 or Older to rent the Depot and please make sure you bring a valid drivers license.
Rental is for the Freight Room Only. The maximum occupancy is 99 people with chairs and 75 with tables and chairs (parking may be limited).
**Note** Cancellations must be made in writing one month prior to your event date. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit refund.
Persons scheduling the Depot for events less than 30 days in advance will not qualify for refund if cancelled prior to the scheduled event.
